Kaldvík AS has announced that publication of the Company’s 2025 Annual Report, previously scheduled for 28 May 2026, has been postponed to 12 June 2026.
The postponement is due to additional time required to complete the remaining audit and review procedures relating to the Company’s annual financial reporting process.
The Company’s Q1 2026 financial update remains scheduled for publication on 31 May 2026, with the related presentation taking place on 1 June 2026 as previously communicated.
As a consequence of the revised annual reporting timeline, the Annual General Meeting has been rescheduled to 26 June 2026.
